“UGLY” fish draws pedestrians’ attention to really ugly facts"

Provocative advertising images, featuring 'ugly fish,' draw attention to actual ugly facts: overfished seas as well as the threat to the livelihoods of more than 800 million people. The campaign was the pitch for WWF Europe and was published via TV, print media, out-of-home, and online in over 20 European countries.

In 2019, the campaign was selected to be part of the permanent collection of the Poster House Museum in NYC
